Mark has 38 years’ experience in the property industry working for both independent and corporate companies in the Hertfordshire and Essex area.
Mark started in the business working for Edwin J Watson & co who were one of the first agents to open in Bishop’s Stortford, founded in 1890.
Mark progressed through the corporate world of estate agency and in 2006 became the proud owner of his own estate agents.
In 2025 Mark joined Prestige & Village as a property consultant and now looks after of our team of dedicated property partners throughout the South East of the UK and is responsible for further growth.

Alex co-founded the city based PR Agency Captive Minds Communications before taking a shareholder role to enable him to focus on other projects. Now based as CEO of Events at Braxted Park, Alex is a veteran of the media industry and has worked with some of the most adventurous global brands including, Virgin, Artemis, Willis and William Grand & Sons.
Educated at Eton, Alex is currently working on the Government Taskforce for Post-Covid Economic Recovery.
